Overview

Materials of Roll Wheel

Grade C45 steel is defined as a medium carbon steel with moderate tensile strength. The material can be hardened by quenching and tempering in focused and restricted areas. c45 can also be hardened by induction hardening to a hardness level of HRC 55.

This grade is delivered in most cases in an unattended heat-treated condition, i.e. normalized. However, it can be delivered in a variety of heat treatment variations, as required, indicated by additional letters in the grade name. This can be provided by minor changes in chemical composition.

Heat treatment is a metal thermal processing process in which the material is heated, held and cooled in the solid state by means of heating, holding and cooling to obtain the desired organization and properties.

Blue white zinc plating

Blue and white zinc plating is electroplated zinc, electroplated zinc is originally white, after blue plating is blue and white zinc plating, compared with other metals, relatively cheap and easy to plating over a metal, is a low-value anti-corrosion plating layer, is widely used to protect steel parts, especially to prevent atmospheric corrosion, and for decoration.
